Allows you to activate or deactivate your call forwarding feature from any touchtone phone.

To Change The Default PIN Number:

1. Listen for dial tone.

2. Press *99.

3. Enter the feature access code for the PIN you wish to change. (The feature access code for call forward is *68)

4. When prompted, enter your PIN number. (Default PIN is the last 4 digits of your phone number.)

5. Enter your new PIN number. (You will be prompted to re-enter it to verify the change.)

To Forward Calls From Your Home:

1. Listen for dial tone.

2. Dial *68.

3. You will be prompted to enter your 7 digit phone number and your PIN number.

4. You will be prompted to activate or deactivate call forwarding.

5. To activate, press *72.

6. To deactivate, press *73.

7. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

To Forward Your Calls From an Outside Phone:

1. Listen for dial tone.

2. Dial 662-2010 (1-701-662-2010 if long distance).

3. You will be prompted to enter your 7 digit phone number and your PIN number.

4. You will be prompted to activate or deactivate call forwarding.

5. To activate, press *72.

6. To deactivate, press *73.

7. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
